Form EL16 Sports Participation 2026

Orange County Virtual School (OCVS) is committed to supporting our students both inside and outside the classroom. While OCVS does not offer school-sponsored athletic programs, eligible full-time OCVS students may have the opportunity to participate in athletics at their zoned or approved OCPS traditional school.

The EL16V Form is required for virtual school students who wish to participate in interscholastic athletics.

The EL16V Form is for full-time OCVS students who plan to participate in sports at an Orange County Public Schools traditional campus.

Please note: OCVS completes Page 2 (School Verification) for full-time OCVS students only.

1. Access the EL16 Form
2. Students and Parents complete Page 1.
3. Submit a request for OCVS to complete Page 2 (School Verification) using the request form below.
4. Once completed, OCVS will return Page 2 to your family via the email provided on the form.
5. Take the following documents to the Athletic Director at the OCPS school(s) where your student plans to participate:
   1. Completed and signed Pages 1 & 2 of the EL16 Form
   2. Submit all required athletic documents to the Athletic Director at the OCPS school where your student plans to participate.
