Cap and Gown
Pre ordering is closed. Cap and gowns will be available for $ 65 cash only at senior checkout
Caps and gowns are a special color and are only available from OCVS.
Caps and gowns ordered will be picked up on the OCVS campus at senior check out day.

Graduation Dress
This is an important and semi formal occasion, you want to look your best!
Acceptable graduation attire for the graduates includes
dark trousers, collared shirts & tie, dark dress shoes and socks
dress or skirt/slacks and blouse/sweater, dress shoes or sandals
(*be aware of heel height you will be climbing stairs)
Sneakers, flip flops, t shirts and jeans are not acceptable for participants.
Only official honor cords and stoles are allowed.
Students may not decorate or write on the cap and gown
Prohibited items for all include
balloons, bottles, cans, containers , weapons, outside food drinks,
confetti, silly string, alcoholic beverages, pets
noisemakers, bullhorns, air horns and banners.
Ceremony Guests
Upon review we have determined to allow each graduate
any number of guests at the ceremony. Tickets are not required.
If you are a person with a disability who needs any accommodation in order
to participate in this event, you are entitled, at no cost to you,
to the provision of certain assistance.

For persons with disabilities drop offs will be allowed in the front
of the Dr. Phillip's Center; however no handicap parking is allowed at the facilty.
Parking
Graduates must arrive by 8:30 am. Doors to the public will open at 9:30 am
Parking structures closest to the Dr Phillips Center are:
City Commons Parking 460 Boone Avenue Orlando - $ 20
Suntrust Center Parking Garage 25 W South Street - $ 20
Diplomas/Certificates of Completion
At the ceremony a diploma cover will be distributed. Diplomas/certificates of
completion will be available for pickup from the OCVS campus in the days
following the ceremony.
