Withdrawal Procedures 

To withdraw a student please complete the form below.  Note any courses which are not 100% complete will not receive a grade on the student's school record. 

NOTE NO STUDENTS WILL BE WITHDRAWN UNTIL AFTER GRADES ARE PROCESSED AT THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR.  WITHDRAWING YOUR OCVS STUDENT BEFORE GRADES ARE POSTED MEANS THE YEAR'S GRADES WILL NOT SHOW UP ON YOUR CHILD'S TRANSCRIPT.  

All grades must be entered into the student management system (Skyward) and any school devices checked out must be returned to the OCVS campus and checked in before withdrawals can be processed.

Elementary Withdrawal Form Grades K-5
Secondary Withdrawal Form Grades 6-12

NOTE: Students will be withdrawn on a first requested first served basis from the date and time of the request completed on the form above.  Please understand at the end of the school year that there may be other records prior to yours. Rest assured we will process your child's withdrawal request in a timely fashion.
