Withdrawal Procedures 

Parents /Guardians of Orange County Virtual School OCVS full-time students who wish to withdraw to return to their zone school or private school should complete the following form based upon grade level. NOTE THE ZONE SCHOOL IS BASED UPON THE ADDRESS IN THE STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. 

Note any courses which are not 100% complete will not receive a transfer grade on the student's school record. Before withdrawing ensure that your student's classes are complete.

Note withdrawals received from 7/27/21 onward will be processed after the student management system is back online after year end processing is complete.

Elementary Withdrawal Form  Grades K-5
Secondary Withdrawal Form
 Grades 6-12

NOTE: Students will be withdrawn on a first requested first served basis from the date and time of the request completed on the form above. 


Students will be withdrawn only after any OCPS issued device is returned.
