OCVS Field Trips
Full-time OCVS students are eligible to attend scheduled field trips. Students will need to have transportation to and from the location on the day of the trip, promptly at the times listed. All field trips include or have the option to include lunch in the admission price and the additional cost for souvenirs or snacks is optional.

Students and parents are invited to enjoy this high-energy, interactive, and educational presentation. Join us to discover what makes killer whales the perfect ocean ambassadors as we highlight their unique adaptions, habitats, and their role in our one ocean. The learning doesn’t stop here! After the show, students and parents can spend a full day exploring animal exhibits and attractions such as Turtle Trek, Manta Aquarium, and Wild Arctic and learn through an interactive scavenger hunt that counts towards your collaboration credit for your science course! 
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY INCLUDE IN THIS PRICE ONE STUDENT AND ONE PARENT TOTAL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INVOLVE THE ENTIRE FAMILY, THEY CAN MEET YOU IN THE PARK AFTER THE MORNING PRESENTATION.

Time: 10:30am-5pm
Cost: $29 per person (without lunch) OR
$41 per person (includes lunch-entrée with one side and a drink)
*If you have an annual pass to Sea World, please mark that on the signup form!
 
Sign up deadline for the trip is Friday, November 16th
*Please make sure to sign up for the trip by this date so we can make sure that we have enough students to attend.
 
Online payment for this trip is Monday, November 19th - Monday, November 26th
*Once we have ensured the student count, those who signed up can make their online payment during this time frame. Emails will be sent out to those that RSVP’d with the link to pay online.
 
Attendance on this field trip will also earn you Collaboration Project credit in your Science course!
