The International Club at OCVS provides an opportunity to promote the language and culture of different countries while providing an atmosphere for club members to broaden their knowledge. The club is open to students who take or have taken a world language, English Language Learner students, and students who would like to learn about other cultures!

El Club Internacional de OCVS brinda la oportunidad de promover el idioma y la cultura de diferentes países al mismo tiempo que brinda un ambiente para que los miembros del club amplíen sus conocimientos. ¡El club está abierto a estudiantes que toman o han tomado un curso de lengua extranjera, estudiantes que aprenden inglés y estudiantes que desean aprender sobre otras culturas!

O Clube Internacional do OCVS oferece a oportunidade de promover o idioma e a cultura de diferentes países, ao mesmo tempo em que oferece uma atmosfera para os sócios do clube ampliarem seus conhecimentos. O clube está aberto a alunos que estudam ou já estudaram uma língua mundial, alunos Aprendizes da Língua Inglesa e alunos que gostariam de aprender sobre outras culturas!

Who is an ELL Student?

ELL stands for English Language Learners. These are students who speak a native language other than English.

The ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Program in Orange County Public Schools is designed specifically to improve the language proficiency of students whose native language is not English. Students have access to the grade level curriculum and all school services. Teachers are all qualified to teach English for Speakers of Other Languages.
